Searching and Matching Profiles 

  How can I search for my partner on MarriageExpress.com Matrimonials? What are the search options available?

To search for your matrimonial partner you can use the Search, the Advanced Search or Search by profile id. 

The normal Search allows you to quickly find partners on the basis of the country they live in, their religion, and age. 

The Advanced Search option gives you more detailed search options. The additional search options include height, education, occupation, marital status, whether they have children, complexion, etc.

You can also search if you know the Profile Id of a person. 

In what order is the partner search results listed?
The matrimonial partner search results get updated continually. The most recent matrimonial profiles are listed at the top so that you can view and get to know the newest members of MarriageExpress.com Matrimonials. 

How can I see matrimonial profiles of other members whose partner profiles match with my personal profile?                                               Login to your UserHome panel. Click "View Matching Profiles ". You will see a list of members whose matrimonial partner profile matches your personal profile. Currently, this feature is absolutely free.  

Why am I not getting many messages and/or matches?                                                                                                                                                   There can be many reasons why you are not receiving many responses. It is possible that your Personal Profile does not match the member's matrimonial requirements specified in his/her Partner Profile. Also, perhaps the member may be more interested in other partners at this time. It is also a good idea to check what the member is looking for in his/her partner, before sending Contact Email to the member. Also, don't forget to fill in more information about yourself before you send a contact. It encourages people to accept your contacts. 

Why am I receiving messages and/or matches from members whose profiles don't match my preferences?
The most likely reason could be that the partner profile that you have created is too vague or is not specific. To receive more suitable matches and contacts make your partner profile more specific to your preferences. 

Can I see any statistics about my matrimonial profile?                                                                                                                                                Yes. After you login to your Account you will be able to see a list of statistics in the main panel. You can see statistics like how many people viewed your profile, your favourite profiles, Members who match your Partner requirements, Members who contacted you and Members who you contacted. 

Can I short-list profiles that I like on MarriageExpress.com matrimonials and view them later?
Yes you can. The Favourites feature of MarriageExpress.com will help you do this.

To use this feature, you need to be logged in. At the bottom of every profile, click the option "Add to Favourites".

To view the list Favourites, login to your UserHome  panel. Click on "View Favorite Profiles ". You will be shown the list of your favourite profiles. You may also remove profiles from this list by clicking on the delete member button. 

What is the Favourites feature? What does it do?
The Favourites feature lets you save matrimonial profiles that you like, so that you can view them later.
